The Opernhaus Zürich is one of Europe's leading opera houses, renowned for its world-class productions of opera, ballet, and classical concerts. Located in the heart of Zürich, it combines tradition with innovation, offering a diverse program that spans from classical masterpieces to contemporary works. With a commitment to artistic excellence, the opera house attracts top international talent and provides an inclusive cultural experience, appealing to a broad and diverse audience. Its stunning architecture and rich history make it not only a cultural landmark but also a vibrant hub for the performing arts in Switzerland.
The aim of the Opernhaus Zürich was to improve its digital services for different target groups and to increase the accessibility of its offerings, especially for younger audiences and people with limited budget means (via Clubg Jung, Kultur-Legi, AHV/IV recipients). In addition, a more personalized content presentation and personalized communication with target groups based on constituencies such as specific supporter groups like donor circles. A mobile solution was required to complement the website by facilitating the engagement and participation of distinct audience segments.
To address these challenges, easy-connect developed a NextGen App that simplifies access to key offerings, including digital memberships for young people, and discounts for those eligible for Kultur-Legi or AHV/IV. It also provides personalized event listings and communication tailored to different audiences, enabling targeted outreach. Furthermore, the app incorporates community-building elements and offers integrated and seamless ticket purchases and user engagement.
