Our Story
It started with a simple observation in Vienna: Tens of thousands of cultural seats available every day across hundreds of venues, yet buying a ticket online still meant registering separately at every venue. In a world where booking a hotel takes 30 seconds, that felt broken.
In 2017, Wolfgang Graf and Gerald Stockinger launched the Ticket Gretchen App to bundle Vienna's cultural offerings into one mobile experience - with real-time interfaces to the venues' own ticketing systems.
The idea worked. Cultural institutions across Europe wanted the same thing - but under their own brand. So we built easy-connect: a White Label App platform purpose-built for Arts & Culture, now powering apps for some of the world's most renowned stages.

2017
Vienna's first multi-venue cultural app goes live, bundling the city's performing arts scene into one mobile experience.
2020
The White Label platform launches, enabling institutions worldwide to run apps under their own brand.
2021 - 2022
Cultural institutions across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland adopt the platform, including Berliner Philharmoniker, Vienna State Opera and Salzburg Festival. API-based integration and first joint clients with Secutix and Eventim.inhouse, the leading ticketing platform in the DACH market.
2023 - 2024
First US clients go live, including the Metropolitan Opera and Roundabout Theatre Company in New York. Alliances with Made Media and Jack Rubin (former Tessitura CEO) accelerate international growth and credibility.
2025
Dedicated teams in the US and UK. Official strategic partnership with Tessitura, the leading CRM and ticketing platform for Arts & Culture in the US and listed as partner of Spektrix, leading CRM and ticketing platform for Arts & Culture in the UK.
