The Challenge
Enhancing engagement and accessibility across diverse audiences
The BSO sought to unify its digital engagement efforts into a single, user-friendly mobile app for arts and culture audiences. The organization faced the challenge of addressing the diverse needs of its audiences - particularly students and members - by providing streamlined access to programs such as Student Rush, Student Select, and BSO Passport. Additionally, BSO needed to modernize ticket access, simplify donation-based membership engagement, and open new, direct communication channels, all while ensuring the experience remained inclusive and intuitive.
The Solution
A customized white label app for performing arts organizations, built on the easy-connect digital engagement platform
To meet these goals, BSO partnered with easy-connect/Ticket Gretchen GmbH to develop a bespoke BSO App using the easy-connect app framework. This solution focuses on implementing essential core features alongside strategic add-ons. Included are a digital ticket wallet, integrated donation flows (both as part of membership unlocking and within ticket orders), and tailored features to enhance student and member program accessibility. The platform offers a robust base providing both scalability for future growth and an intuitive experience for users.
