How does it work?

Integrated Booking Process
One user interface (website, app) for ticket purchases of numerous venues – think booking.com.
One user account, one place to hand over payment data. With the help of live interfaces, seat maps show real-time availabilities – no quota or allocation systems needed.

As soon as the tickets are booked, they are stored in the venue’s own ticketing system, including all customer data.
The customer receives the original tickets. This means, we process all required information from your venue's system - including the original barcode. Venues are able to use their existing scanners and all information is stored in their original system.

Your front end (app, sdk, web) defines what the booking process layout looks like, offering many customisation options for your brand. Meaning, it could look a little something like this:
